I think this species is Dysdercus Suterellus. It is resting on top of a Peruvian Prim-rose Willow (Ludwigia Peruviana).
Some kind of Dysdercus ? Please help with ID.
I found these in the whole tree, not that tree only but in the all trees like this, Unfortunately i have lost the photo of the tree it self.

Observed on a cement wall near grass.
I believe this is some species of cotton bug, but another verification would be nice!
