Description

I think this is Armillaria mellea. They seem to have a slightly different appearance this very dry (so far) winter.

Description from Wikipedia

Physalacriaceae is a family of fungi in the order Agaricales. Taxa have a widespread distribution, but most species are found in the tropics, particularly in South-East Asia and Australasia. Molecular studies suggested that Physalacria, formerly the sole genus in this family, is related to the genera Flammulina, Xerula and possibly Armillaria.

No range data available.
