This spider was found on a bush sunflower during a Sustainable Sundays bug hunt.
Sitting on top of white snakeroot blooms before I moved it for better photo contrast...this little spider was quite cross with me. I went back a few days later and found him again and got a few better pics...White Banded Crab Spider...props for the ID go to John & Jane Balaban at BugGuide.
