Description from Wikipedia

Blommersia grandisonae is a species of frog in the Mantellidae family. It is endemic to Madagascar. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, intermittent freshwater marshes, and plantations . It is threatened by habitat loss.
