Gladiator Tree Frog (Hypsiboas rosenbergi) from Gamboa, Panama
This gladiator frog is common in swamps of Península de Osa, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Observation made in Río Piro, by Víctor Acosta.
Hypsiboas rosenbergi is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, shrub-dominated wetlands, pastureland, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
