Dendrobates vanzolinii is a species of frog from the Dendrobatidae family. It is found in Brazil, Peru, and possibly Bolivia. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. Adults of this species grow to between 16.5-19mm and feed on a variety of tiny invertebrates. During the breeding season males have loud trill-like call. Unlike many species of Dendrobates the parents of the vanzolinii offspring return to care for their young. They will lay their...
