Description from Wikipedia

The Inger's robber frog, Strabomantis ingeri, is a species of frog in the Craugastoridae family. It is found in Colombia and possibly Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
