I'm hoping that someone with more pelagic experience than I will offer a suggestion on this bird -- a jaeger or a shearwater?

This skua was one of numerous skuas spotted in open country on the central part of the island on this sunny afternoon.
aka. Long-tailed Jaeger. This is the smallest and most slender of the skuas. The virtual absence of small rodents is the likely reason for the long-tailed skua’s rarity in Svalbard. Blomstrandhalvøya, Svalbard, Norway.
