Description from Wikipedia

The Chestnut-necklaced Partridge (Arborophila charltonii) is a species of bird in the Phasianidae family. It is found in forests in the Thai-Malay Peninsula, Sumatra and Borneo. It is closely related to the Vietnam Partridge and Scaly-breasted Partridge, and their taxonomy is not entirely settled.
