A large stand of these large bushes, growing along the Old Ridge Route above I5 in the San Gabriel Mtns at ~3500'. Geotag is approx -- it was somewhere along the summit area of Ridge Route. Leaves are fuzzy, flowers in panicles. Posted at hi res, so viewing at orig size will let you zoom in pretty well.
