Description from Wikipedia

The White-necklaced Partridge (Arborophila gingica), also known as the Collared Hill-partridge, is a vulnerable species of bird in the Phasianidae family. It is endemic to hill and mountain forests in southeastern China. It is threatened by habitat loss.
