I am trained as a behavioral ecologist and evolutionary biologist. I've worked in wildlife biology, as a naturalist, and nature immersion educator for children. I still feel like a newbie whenever I'm in the field because there is always so much more to know, so many unanswered questions. I love identifying new species and seeing familiar ones over time. I could spend all day chasing critters or just sitting still watching them.
