Description

Same population as the rather controversial C. macranthus. https://inaturalist.nz/observations/16727506. Albeit being a month earlier and noting that no clear cut C. macranthus are yet in flower in the general locality (Still a few weeks away). The flower as I noted last time is more consistent with C. trilobus agg. Generally flowers are above the leaves. Leaves are highly variable from tri lobed to orbicular to ovate. The dorsal sepal (1cm wide) was pointed at tip, labellum was rather smooth, lateral sepals (5cm long) and petals (3cm long).

I will return now I know they are flowering with a real camera.
