I think its an ant, but not one I've seen before, about 12mm length, terrible pics as it was raining. Definitely 2 or 3 times longer than a Black headed strobe ant as suggested by inat

Identified as Opisthopsis haddoni on Bowerbird by Matthew Connors: "Attending Glycaspis sp. psyllids"

Got a lot of reports of these queens flying today all around QLD. Went outside and sure enough found two.

Prey ID; predator is Observation 115283731.
