Southern Spreadwing? I have never seen one, but:
• Dark rim of ovipositor seems to eliminate Swamp
• Color of the thorax, color of the back of head, shape of basal plate, and leg color seem to eliminate Elegant
• Length of ovipositor eliminates Sweetflag
• Fat, relatively short abdomen and dark legs eliminate Slender.
