According to @mantodea Bactromantis is an invalid genus and has long been synonymized with Stagmomantis. "Bactromantis" mexicana has been placed in a new genus: Bistanta mexicana.
http://mantodea.speciesfile.org doesn't reflect these changes yet
plan is to try to get MSF to update and then follow suite
