Lol, I flagged this 2 years ago hoping a curator would deal with them. I'm glad you are going back through them!
This flag can probably be resolved since we don't really flag things for CV overconfidence anymore.
All the specimens should have dark wings and fuzzy abdomens, which should get rid of all the California observations that are currently present. This was added to the CV wiki.
If I have time I will try to figure out more detailed characters to separate the groups.
