This looks like a site place, so you will have to contact GADM to have it fixed.

Thanks. I wrote them. But since iNaturalist is using this mapping service, should iNaturalist take care of this bug, including the communication?
@codrin_bucur You can email iNat staff at info@inaturalist.org, but they have regularly said that they can't fix the problem because it's from GADM. Not sure about this particular case, but I don't know if it's a problem iNat can fix.

@thomaseverest - It has been a long time now and these boundaries are still not fixed. I wrote twice to GADM but no answers. And when I write to "info@inaturalist.org" the e-mail bounces back. I just found the help@inaturalist.org e-mail and gave it try. Any other suggestions on how to approach this? Thanks!
I don't know that any issues like this have ever been fixed, at least not since place flags were implemented. The second email you listed is the best to use (I haven't heard of the first), so staff should respond to that.
