I don’t think the zoology museum will have an answer in this case, as the database for mollusks is really outdated and currently I’m the only one working with them. Right now it includes specimens with both names, but it’s data from 2016 that I’ve yet to update. I lean towards them being the same species, also seems flavolineata is more commonly used than nigrolineata in any case.
So here's this: Caracoles terrestres de Puerto Rico establishes that although it has not been published (perhaps it already has, this publication is from 2019) there were supposedly three Gaeotis spp. in Puerto Rico of which two were nigrolineata and flavolineata. Taxonomic revision indicates that this is actually just one species and the correct name should be nigrolineata since it is the oldest one.
@stevemaldonadosilvestrini @tomenthurium So we should merge the two species here?

But the source is pretty old. Should this be swapped? I feel like I made a similar flag before but can't find it. Might've been a different species.
