• Flower: White-pink bell shaped
• Leaves: evergreen, long and narrow, pointing upward, pointed tip, 1-2 inches long, 1/10-1/3 inch wide
• Bark: brown, smooth
• Fruit/Seed: round 5-sectioned capsule
• Height: 6-20 inches
• Flowering: May - June
• Habitat: cedar/spruce bogs, sphagnum wetlands, acidic shores
