Description: The Ring-necked Duck does not have a ring around its neck, however the male has a black and white ring around its bill. The male has a bright yellow eye and an iridescent black back. The female is mottled brown with a white eye.

Habitat: Wooded ponds and marshes.

Fun Facts: During migration, the ducks gather in huge flocks of several thousand.
