Plant 15-35 cm tall; leaves 4-5, linear to linear-lanceolate, 6-12 x 0.6-1.2 cm; spike 5-16 cm long; flowers cinnabar-orange; sepals 4 mm long; lip oblong, 3 lobed, the lateral lobes very obtuse; spur scrotiform and little flattened, 0.8 mm long.
