Ord's kangaroo rat, Dipodomys ordii, is a kangaroo rat native to western North America, specifically the Great Plains and the Great Basin, with its range extending from extreme southern Canada to central Mexico. Their scat kind of looks like a rabbits except that their is more like a cube. These kangaroo rats look different compared to other rats. The picture shows that they have a distinct white line behind their head, kind of their back that goes from one side to the other side of their body. They also have one by their hind leg that goes to their tail. This mammal can be found in Iron county.
