The mole skink(Plestiodon egregius) is a species of small lizard endemic to the Southeastern United States.

Range description 8

This species is endemic to the southeastern United States. Its geographic range encompasses Florida, the coastal plain of Georgia, and a portion of the coastal plain and adjacent provinces of Alabama east of the Black Warrior and Tombigbee rivers (Mount 1968).
