What you should Photograph 2

A single shot of the flower with labellum forward taken from about 45deg off full frontal and level with the flower will nearly always suffice.

Close-up front and side views of flower with labellum forward.

Ideally a shot of the whole plant showing basal rosette if any, and height of leaves with respect to flower.
