Salix cinerea (grey willow; also occasionally grey sallow) is a species of willow native to Europe and western Asia.

Range description 8

S. cinerea is native throughout much of Europe, east to Asiatic Turkey, Azerbaijan, Western Siberia and Kazakhstan. It also occurs in Xinjiang Province in China where it may be native. It has been introduced to North America and Australia.
