Quercus similis, or swamp post oak, also known as bottomland post oak, is an oak species native to the south-eastern United States. It is a medium-sized tree, reaching 25 m tall. The largest range is in Louisiana and Arkansas, reaching into Texas, with a separate population in the Coastal Plain of Georgia and South Carolina.
