Cryptops hortensis (commonly known as the Common Cryptops) is a species of centipede in the family Cryptopidae. This species is found in all of Europe except for: the Baltic states, Andorra, Belarus, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Moldova, Russia, Vatican City and various European islands.
