The imbabala or Cape bushbuck (Tragelaphus sylvaticus) is a widespread species of antelope in Sub-Saharan Africa. Formerly, two species were recognized under the generic name "bushbuck"; the kéwel (Tragelaphus scriptus) and the imbabala (Tragelaphus sylvaticus).
