The Franklin Creek State Natural Area covers 922 acres in Lee County, Illinois. There are a wide variety of habitats here, ranging from woodlands to riparian forests, prairie to sandstone cliffs, wetlands to savanna. As such, there is a rich variety of plant life to be found. This guide will be updated when possible to include new observations. Non-native plants will be included in order to better understand the makeup of FCSNA's flora and the challenges it may face.
