Hawk Moth

Daphnis hypothous is a moth of the Sphingidae family. It is known from Sri Lanka, southern and northern India, Nepal, Myanmar, southern China, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Southern House Mosquito

Culex quinquefasciatus (earlier known as Culex fatigans), the southern house mosquito, is the vector of lymphatic filariasis caused by the nematode Wuchereria bancrofti in the tropics and subtropics. It also is a vector of avian malaria in birds.

Common Albatross

The Common Albatross, Christmas Island White or Ceylon Lesser Albatross (Appias paulina) is a butterfly of the Pieridae family. It is found from India to Samoa, including Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Caledonia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Ceylon and Australia.

Rice Leaf-roller

The Rice Leafroller (Cnaphalocrocis medinalis) is a species of moth of the Crambidae family. It is found in south-east Asia, including Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and most of Australia.

Lawn Armyworm

The Lawn Armyworm (Spodoptera mauritia) is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is widespread from the Red Sea to India, Burma, Sri Lanka, Malaya to Australia and widespread in the Pacific Islands, including the Solomons, New Hebrides, Fiji, Samoa, Hawaii, the Society Islands, Austral Islands, Marquesas and Marshall Islands.

Lemon Migrant

The Common Emigrant or Lemon Emigrant (Catopsilia pomona) is a medium sized pierid butterfly found in Asia and parts of Australia. The species gets its name from its habit of migration. Some early authors considered them as two distinct species Catopsilia crocale and Catopsilia pomona.
