Red-breasted Parakeet

Blossom-headed Parakeet

The blossom-headed parakeet (Psittacula roseata) is a parrot which is a resident breeder in northeast India eastwards into Southeast Asia. It undergoes local movements, driven mainly by the availability of the fruit and blossoms which make up its diet.

Gray-headed Parakeet

The grey-headed parakeet (Psittacula finschii) is closely related to the slaty-headed parakeet which together form a super-species. It occurs from the north-eastern states of India, into Burma, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.

Rose-ringed Parakeet

The rose-ringed parakeet (Psittacula krameri), also known as the ring-necked parakeet, is a gregarious tropical Afro-Asian parakeet species that has an extremely large range.
