The cherry blotch miner moth (Phyllonorycter propinquinella) is a moth of the Gracillariidae family. It is known from Canada (Québec and Nova Scotia) and the United States (Illinois, Ohio, Maine, Maryland, New York, Michigan, Vermont and Connecticut).
