Common Kettlewort

Blasia pusilla is the only species in the liverwort genus Blasia. It is distinguished from Cavicularia by the presence of a collar around the base of the sporophyte capsule, and a scattered arrangement of sperm-producing antheridia. Rhizoids and gemmae of Blasia may be parasitized by the mushroom Blasiphalia.

Common Liverwort

Marchantia polymorpha, sometimes known as the common liverwort or umbrella liverwort, is a large liverwort with a wide distribution around the world. It is variable in appearance and has several subspecies. It is dioicous, having separate male and female plants.

Crescent-cup liverwort

Lunularia cruciata, the crescent-cup liverwort, is a liverwort of order Lunulariales, and the only species in the genus Lunularia and family Lunulariaceae. The name, from Latin luna, moon, refers to the moon-shaped gemmacups.

Floating Crystalwort

Riccia fluitans, whose common name is floating crystalwort, is an aquatic floating plant of the liverwort genus Riccia which is popular among aquarists as a retreat for young fry and is used in live-bearing tanks. It can be found floating in ponds, and often forms thick mats on and under the water surface.

Great Scented Liverwort

Conocephalum conicum, the great scented liverwort, common mushroom-headed liverwort or snakeskin liverwort, is a liverwort species in the genus Conocephalum .

Hanging Millipede Liverwort

Frullania nisquallensis, commonly known as Hanging millipede liverwort, is a reddish-brown species of liverwort in the Jubulaceae family. It is found in western Washington and British Columbia, including Vancouver Island. Hemisphaeric Liverwort

Reboulia hemisphaerica, the hemisphaeric liverwort or small mushroom-headed liverwort, is the only species of liverwort in the genus Reboulia.

Jagged Germanderwort

Riccardia chamedryfolia, the jagged germanderwort, is a species of liverwort, a terrestrial plant which has been adapted by aquarist as an ornamental plant for the freshwater planted aquarium hobby. It is also known as Mini or Coral Pellia due to its growth similarity to coral when submerged underwater).

Pacific Fuzzwort

Ptilidium californicum, the Pacific fuzzwort, is a rare liverwort of the western United States.

Pitted Frillwort

Fossombronia foveolata is a species of liverwort belonging to the family Fossombroniaceae.

Snakewort

Conocephalum salebrosum, commonly known as snakewort, is a species of non-vascular land plant in the group of liverworts.

Taylor's Flapwort

Mylia taylorii, the Taylor's flapwort, is a species of leafy liverwort.

Texas Balloonwort

Sphaerocarpos texanus, the Texas balloonwort, is a species of liverwort in the Sphaerocarpaceae family, found in the Americas, northern Africa and Europe.

Various-leaved Crestwort

Lophocolea heterophylla, the variable-leaved crestwort, is a liverwort species belonging to the order Jungermanniales, which is the largest liverwort order.

fringed heartwort

Ricciocarpos natans is the only species in the genus Ricciocarpos, a genus of liverworts in the family Ricciaceae. It was formerly listed in 1759 as a species of Riccia by Linnaeus, but then assigned to a new genus of its own in 1829 by August Carl Joseph Corda.
