Santa Rosa & San Jacinto Mountains Nat'l Monument Species List

The intent of this field guide is to complement the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument Citizen Science Project on iNaturalist. The guide is comprised of species identified in the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument's Science Plan 2015 (NLCS 2015). This species list was developed by a working group of scientists, naturalists and others, as collectively representative of the Monument's ecosystem diversity across a progressive elevational gradient. less ↑
