Alfred Cove Nature Reserve - Perth

A great spot to see wading birds in Perth - many of them are migratory and there is even a resident Osprey!

The Buff-banded Rail, Gallirallus philippensis is a distinctively coloured, highly dispersive, medium-sized rail of the family Rallidae.
