The Aldabra flying fox (Pteropus aldabrensis) is a species of megabat in the Pteropodidae family. It is endemic to Seychelles. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical mangrove forests and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.

The Seychelles fruit bat or Seychelles flying fox, Pteropus seychellensis, is a megabat found on the granitic islands of Seychelles, and on the Comoros and Mafia Island. Trouessart's trident bat

Paratriaenops furculus, also known as Trouessart's trident bat, is a species of bat in the family Hipposideridae. It is endemic to Madagascar. It was formerly assigned to the genus Triaenops, but is now placed in the separate genus Paratriaenops. A related species, Paratriaenops pauliani, occurs in the Seychelles.
