incense cedar

Calocedrus (common name incense cedar) is a genus of four species of coniferous trees in the cypress family Cupressaceae. The generic name means "beautiful cedar".

California Black Oak

Quercus kelloggii, the California Black Oak, also known as simply black oak, or Kellogg oak, is an oak in the red oak section (Quercus sect. Lobatae), native to western North America. It is a close relative of the black oak (Quercus velutina) found in eastern and central North America.

Madrones

Arbutus is a genus of at least 14 species of flowering plants in the family Ericaceae, native to warm temperate regions of the Mediterranean, western Europe, and North America. The name is borrowed from Latin, where it referred to A. unedo.
