Multiple plants seemed to have self seeded on edge of planted area.
Self seeded in garden bed beneath large mature karaka, Corynocarpus laevigatus.

I think this is marram grass trying to hold on at the edge of the escarpment.
Rare in dry grassland.
Fighting for space amongst all the weeds, particularly smooth catsear and exotic grasses.
This is the sad reality facing our native dryland plants - the stonefield/mossfields are very vulnerable to exotic plant invasion.
