Calling from either side of the Macnamara Trail in small forest ponds.
Multiple singing in open wetland area adjacent to open field and mature sugar maple/ beech hardwood forest. Just off property from private Nature Reserve. Unable to get onto property for visuals, just seen and heard from NR.

Chorus frog calling, spring peeper peeping. Air temp approx 6C
At least two calling. Possible too far away for phone mic to pick up.
Found 2 of them in a ditch that had approx. 8 inches of water in it. From the sound of their calls it seems like there was a very healthy population there.

Overcast, mid 70s, light breeze; large snake found laying out next to waterfall feature, rested in crevice of large dry boulder above a small pool, moved head slightly, approximately 4 feet long.
Fun fact: Green frogs get their colour from a mix of blue & yellow pigments. When one is lacking the other takes over causing miss colouration as seen on this Blue - Green frog.
