This organism is a deuterostome, which makes it apart of the Kingdom Animalia. The bird was identified as a great egret due to it the feathers being white, black legs, and a distinctive long yellow and black beak with a greenish mark on its face. It was seen on the USF Tampa campus near the Cooper building and was approximately 3 ft tall. It was roughly 60° Fahrenheit outside when found. It is most common in tropical and warmer areas.
