Description

At Pepperwood Preserve, out in the grasslands, I found this small-ish purple flower. At the top, there was more than one flower, but the stem was small and skinny. It was somewhere where the sun hit easily, and there was a few different stalks in the same place. I found a couple of these spread out threw the grasslands in Pepperwood

The Potato bug that I saw at Annadel was very big. It had an orange-brownish color to it. The head had a carmel color and the rest of the body looked like a striped sort of pattern. It has six legs. It also had antennas and it was very big. not what I expected a potato bug would look like.
