Desi Aloe specie

all the aloes here that are called aloe vera have peach colored flowers and many of em sometimes have teeth row (prickles) in the middle of the leaf whereas I've read that Aloe Vera only has bright yellow colored flowers and has its teeth arranges at the edges of the leaves, so maybe aloes we call as aloe vera are infact some other specie of the genus aloe but as I'm not an expert in taxonomy I can't say for sure
