Webinar 3 March, 6 – 7 pm: All About the CNC Bioblitz and How You Can Be Part of It!

Learn about the City Nature Challenge, find out how to become a citizen scientist and help document the urban (and non-urban) wildlife around us. You can join organized activities before or during the CNC, or lead an activity, such as a wildflower observation walk, or a bird watch. Or you can go out on your own, with friends or make it a family event. You can go to parks or blitz your own back yard. You can observe and photograph wildlife, or help to identify what others observe, or both.

Our local CNC covers all of Washtenaw County, with a special emphasis on the urban areas. The observation period runs 24-27 April 2020, and the identification period is 28 April – 3 May 2020.

Join us for the webinar where we’ll explain all this and a great deal more! There will be short presentation and an opportunity to ask questions. There is no need to pre-register. The session will be recorded and will be available publicly within a few days after the webinar.
