Description

fossil hash - brachiopod, crinoids, ramose bryozoan. Mississippian - Osagean - Pierson Formation. these large Spirifer brachiopods appear to be more common here (FS creek CT area) than TH (excepting Horse Barn Bluff exposure).

Description

Fossil brachiopod, Leptaena sp? muddy layer of the Pierson formation. this one sharing rock with horn coral and Cladochonus coral. Mississippian-Osagean-Pierson formation (possibly Reeds Spring). this one from Horse Barn Bluff. TH creek.
