I do agree to merge redundant fields serving the same purpose.
For usual there should have been added just single hosts to symbiotic or parasitic species.
In many cases it could be replaced with one of the standard "Interaction: " fields. So to indicate the interaction and the host species all in one go we could use:
"Interaction: Parasite of rhododendrons and azaleas"
@erwin_pteridophilos: Shall we merge this field with Host which is a standard field serving the same purpose?
