50+ of these smaller, dime sized jelly masses in a large puddle temporarily created by the nearby pond rebuilding project, most if not all appeared to be disturbed/destroyed, some round single spheres, some elongated enveloping twigs like a film.

Found under log near the wetland buffer. They seem to have made a tunnel that leads to the breeding ponds. You can see little Northwestern Salamander hand prints along the tunnel. This guy was resting up probably for another mating event.
