Observations by daffydork

The biggest egg is a different birds egg that was in the nest after the other two. Sadly, the nest was abandoned after the fraud egg was noticed. I think it may be a Brown headed Cowbird?

I kept an eye on this yellow warbler nest for a long time, but sadly, aftrer the biggest egg in the nest was stuck in there by another bird, the nest was abandoned.

He/she saw me!
