I am going with autumn meadowhawk because of the red eyes and face, clear wings with amber tint at the base, brownish orange legs and abdominal markings. Lacks reddish-orange veins at front of wings found in saffron-winged meadowhawk. Very friendly. He sat on my leg and on the bench next to me. Took off and returned many times.

This is a series of 12 frames captured with a security camera as a flying squirrel launches into a glide from the upper floor of my garage. The squirrel lauches from the lower left of the frame and glides through the center to the ground. There are 2 species of flying squirrels in MN. This is most likely a southern flying squirrel.
