Olive-sided Flycatcher Contopus cooperi

Description

Not 100% sure on this one. But the defined "vest," dark flanks, and whiter throat has me leaning toward Olive-sided Flycatcher. This bird didn't make any vocalizations while I observed it, but it did perch on these open snags in-between flying off to catch insects. In one of the photos, you can just barely see a little white tuft poking out from its backside. Not super defined but, again, causes me to lean toward Olive-sided. Any help would be appreciated :)

It appears that this one flicked its tail feathers downward before bringing them back up. Lower mandible appears orangish with defined blackish point. And, this particular flycatcher was foraging from the ground. It would perch on lower limbs, flying to the ground, and then back to the lower half of the bushes.

As always, these are near impossible to confirm. But I'm putting it out there nonetheless. Seems like a darker bill and a bit more pale yellow on the belly than what I'd expect for a Gray Flycatcher. But, obviously, I could be wrong. And, of course, it only perched for a split second so I didn't have the opportunity to see whether or not it flicked its tail feathers downward. I followed this bird for a few minutes after it swooped from the initial branch and only caught the tail end of it on the next branch, but at least it's a decent view of the primaries.
